Can’t quite tell if this version of the track is actually finished per se, but despite that, it’s fire. Pharrell grabs the hook underside Lil’ Wayne over token N.E.R.D. production. Stay tuned for an official release.
Nominated by URB magazine as one of the best artists of the decade, Mark Ronson has solidified himself as a music, design, and style icon. Although his debut album Here Comes the Fuzz failed to make a stir on the charts, it still was a success in it’s own right. Listen in to the throwback classic, Ohhh Wee featuring Nate Dogg & Ghostface Killah.
This popped up on my indie shuffle feed, and had to throw it in here. Drake & Lil’ Wayne’s – Got Money to Blow creatively spun by Vodka and Milk, a mix-mash group whom I can’t really find anything but a Twitter for. Either or, solid solid, take.
Grabbed this from PrettyMuchAmazing.com whom said in regards to The Pass that they “sound like the spot where Phoenix and Starfucker go to have their babies” and I don’t think it could have been described any better. They’ll be dropping their first EP and LP here soon under SonaBLAST records out of Louisville. Hear it in its entirety via their MySpace.
Florence Welch flexes her phenomenal pipes on the Robert Palmer classic, Addicted to Love. Absolutely stellar track here, Florence really is in a league of her own right now. Enjoy.
