Chicago Sports Columnist Literally Eats His Own Words. Literally. He Does. With Salsa

The Chicago Bulls drafted college superstar, Joakim Noah, back in 2007. Columnist Rick Morrissey wasn’t too pleased with the draft choice, and wrote a rather nasty column about how Noah was a bad move.

The interesting part about the column is Morrissey wrote to clip out the column, and if Noah proved himself useful, he would douse the column with salsa, and eat it.

Well Morrissey recently showed up to the Bulls practice with some salsa and his column in preparation to eat it.

In the video, Noah is eagerly pleased that Morrissey held up his end of the bargain, and Noah even mentions it’s nice to finally have a reporter hold himself accountable to what he says.

Skip ahead to the five-minute mark in the video for the eating of the column.
