Is a wedding video saving Chris Brown?

A week ago, The Urbanian posted a certain wedding video that was popping up on just about every other blog, where people went down the aisle to Chris Brown’s ‘Forever.’

The video has now been viewed over 14 million times. This is the most people have listened to Brown in, well, forever.

After the Rihanna incident, Brown was shunned by just about everyone. Doublemint and Jay-Z gave him the boot, and his songs virtually disappeared from the radio.

Now, July 19 might be the date that just about gave Brown a whole new push. Whoever these people are, Brown should do a personal concert for. Out of all the songs in the world they could have picked, they picked one from a guy who was just caught up in a huge scandal. I mean, they picked a song by a guy who hit his girlfriend, and used it at a WEDDING. Along with the video they included a link where people can make a donation towards violence prevention. How much do you think Brown has donated so far?

Well, since the video was first uploaded on YouTube, ‘Forever’ skyrocketed back onto the Top Songs chart on iTunes. I believe it peaked around 7, and now sits at 26.

With his apology finally out there, and this video being a certified hit, it appears that this is his first baby step back into people forgiving him, and his career relaunching.
